We are currently hiring an Events Assistant. The ideal candidate is driven, engaging, and outgoing, with a passion for making a positive impact in their community by raising awareness for the clients we represent.
Events Assistant Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Build relationships with future sponsors/ and donors for our clients
- Utilize technology tools to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on progress towards achieving all metrics.
- Represent the campaign with professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Conduct fundraising strategies to increase our clients budgets to execute community outreach projects
- Develop leadership and training skills for new trainees
While candidates with prior experience are highly encouraged to apply, we offer comprehensive hands-on training for the Events Assistant position. In addition, we assign a mentor to support and guide new team members during their initial months with us.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we are actively seeking to fill these positions immediately.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse communities.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge about all the clients we represent.
- Previous volunteer work experience.
- Proven success in metrics-driven roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $650.00 - $900.00 per week
