Job Title: Event Staff
Job Type: Part-Time/On-Call

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the position of Event Staff. The successful candidate will work closely with our events team to provide a positive experience for our clients and guests. Candidates should be passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival
• Assist with registration and check-in
• Setup and breakdown of event space including furniture and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage guest lists and assist with seating arrangements
• Ensure the venue is clean and organized throughout the event
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide support as necessary
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience highly preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to change quickly
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a team setting and follow instructions
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic technology
