Position Summary
We’re looking for an event professional with a passion for creating meaningful and engaging experiences that inform and invite strategic conversations about the future of whole-person virtual care. The Event Specialist will work directly with marketing and commercial leaders to ensure on-budget, on-brand implementation, and results for their list of events. The ideal candidate understands large-scale conference and trade show programs and has impeccable attention to the many details that shape powerful, high-quality in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop coordinated, segment-specific event plans
Meet measurable objectives for events by type, size, and location
Complete tracking documents for pre-event and post-event evaluation
Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement
Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of event activities
Execute each event within the approved budget
Skill Requirements/Preferences

Comfortable working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Experience in planning virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
Willingness to travel up to 20 to 50 percent of the time
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
CMP or CTSM certifications preferred
3-5+ years of experience in event planning/management and/or marketing
Hands-on corporate event planning and logistics experience, ideally within healthcare or technology (global experience a plus)
Strong understanding of how trade shows and conferences work, including vendor management, components of events, typical timelines, budgets, and other best practices
Experience managing event communications to multiple complex stakeholder groups
Experience managing events projects, budgets, and resource allocation
The base salary range for this position is
$70,000 - $88,000
.
In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here
