Event Logistics supports all event activations at Red Bull North America. As experts in events, we support Red Bull to maximize event solutions. You will manage your regional network of vendor partners who provide inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation and labor services for Red Bull events. You will interface with marketing and sales teams to provide operational efficiencies. You will support key initiatives by providing detailed documentation and aligning with stakeholders to ensure the fast-paced landscape of event production is run efficiently. You will report to the Event Logistics Manager at the regional HQ and be part of an exciting national team.
Job Description
B2B PARTNER ACTIVITIES
Participate in vendor selection process evaluating qualifications and performance.
Assess the financial impact of proposed logistic changes such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers.
Train personnel in roles and responsibilities regarding Red Bull brand standards and execution guide as well as accounting systems and logistics strategies.
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, vendor service logs and training records.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for transit or delivery.
Initiate ongoing market visits to guide business partners on Event Logistics standards leading through Red Bull code and values.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with production and operations companies.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Brainstorming through exceptional assistance to regional event leads on major brand events.
Work with global, national, and regional counterparts on operational excellence for the business.
Build and manage efficient logistics plans for facilitating cross-regional event execution.
Be the central contact for all event managers, communicate issues and opportunities for efficiencies.
Maintain warehouse inventory and logistics of global event assets using business enterprise software tools.
Ensure labor and equipment requirements for infrastructure are communicated to event personnel during planning and setup.
Be the liaison between internal departments, event production teams and Event Logistics vendors.
Provide regular communication to the field of new assets.
Compile infrastructure related reports.
SUPPORT BUSINESS INITIATIVES
Ensure quality control for asset maintenance, storage, shipping and tracking - ensuring RBNA Event Logistics standards are met.
Establish cross functional project teams and provide support towards regional, national and global goals.
Facilitate both regional and national activation operations alongside business partner network.
Capture data to report on region performance metrics.
Oversee business user utilization of company software and invoice tools.
Serve as regional point of contact internally and externally- ensuring smooth relationships and integration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in large-scale events, specifically experience with the full event production process (pre-planning, on-site execution, post production) with demonstrated knowledge of Event Logistics, warehousing and transportation
Experience with event production, marketing operations and logistics
Exposure to methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea or road
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead planning, schedules, estimates, budgeting, resource plans and status reports
Critical thinker with the ability to make informed decisions to support business needs
Navigate and influence throughout a matrixed organization
