As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of Puttery and will enjoy a combination of both hourly and commission-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Act as the first point of contact for initial leads in Tripleseat, nurturing and converting them into successful events at Puttery.
- Marketing Materials: Create event packets and marketing materials to support the sales team in promoting our unique offerings.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they have a remarkable experience from start to finish.
- BEO Management: Process banquet event orders and manage financial aspects within Tripleseat, including tracking and distributing final payment reminders to clients.
- Lead Coordination: Receive and coordinate leads and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador within the community, promoting Puttery and its services to build a strong client base.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance office processes, contributing to the overall excellence of the team.
- Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service to a wide range of stakeholders, including vendors, corporate partners, guest hosts, prospective renters, residents, and on-site teams.

Additional Information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong passion for sales.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with restaurant-specific software.
Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business.
- May require sitting or standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
