Salary``` Event Manager Duties: - Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings - Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional guest services - Collaborate with vendors, such as caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians, to ensure smooth event operations - Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget - Oversee event setup and teardown, including arranging seating, decorations, and equipment - Coordinate event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and scheduling - Implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees - Provide on-site supervision during events to ensure everything runs smoothly - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events Experience: - Proven experience in event planning and management - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, vendors, and team members - Knowledge of event planning software and tools to streamline processes - Familiarity with budgeting principles to manage event expenses effectively - Ability to upsell additional services or products to clients to maximize revenue - Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely execution of events - Experience in the hospitality industry, such as restaurants or hotels, is a plus - Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services is preferred If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for creating memorable events, we would love to hear from you.
