Job Description
Scope of Position: Lead the Event Logistics Team, while working in close collaboration with teams and departments, to provide logistical support for the successful execution of Fellows trips, retreats, and onsite events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the coordination of travel itineraries and logistical support for Fellows trips, retreats, and onsite events.
- Work in close collaboration with Impact 360 teams and departments to ensure clear internal communication, facilities are reserved and ready for events, and operational support needs are met.
- Manage contracts, certificates of insurance, and project agreements for vendors.
- Manage the logistics budget for each event to ensure proper stewardship.
- Develop and refine standard processes for logistical support services for Fellows events. Orient staff to these processes and incorporate appropriate feedback and recommend improvements in logistical processes.
- Lead the process of collecting the required documents necessary for participation in Fellows trips, retreats, and onsite events.
Requirements:
- An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination and is in unreserved agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith and Biblical Conduct and Lifestyle Standards. Must support the vision, values, philosophy, and community standards of Impact 360 Institute.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, communications, logistics, or related fields.
- Five years of experience in managing logistics, events, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, anticipate needs, track critical details, and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
