WHAT OUR EVENT HOSTS DO
Our Event Hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it is second nature. Multitasking is the name of the game-and if you're good at that, you'll be great as our Event Host.
AN EVENT HOST'S DAY-TO-DAY
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event's start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell "extensions" (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and/or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs aren't just met, but exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping put program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)
WHAT IT TAKES
- 2-3 Years of related experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- A commitment to great guest service
