Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events.
- Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events
- Create event timelines and manage event logistics through Triple Seat and Open Table.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts to maximize attendance and engagement
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Oversee event setup, registration, and teardown
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Skills:
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in event marketing strategies to promote events effectively
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers

- Upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
