Responsibilities of an Event Assistant:
- Communicating with donors in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community
- Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase client knowledge
- Provide support to families and community members
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
- Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
Requirements of an Event Assistant:
- 1-2 years of experience in Management, Events, Sales, or Customer Service
- Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
- Someone who is looking to develop others and make an impact on the community
- The candidate must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
- A competitive edge with the want to inherit more responsibilities

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
