Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Delivery Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting pharmaceutical products safely and efficiently to their designated destinations. As a vital member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of medications and medical supplies to healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely and accurately transport pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment to various locations, including hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and patient residences.
2. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding the handling and transportation of pharmaceutical products.
3. Verify and document delivery instructions, including recipient information, delivery addresses, and special handling requirements.
4. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.
5. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries while optimizing efficiency.
6. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or concerns.
7. Handle packages with care, ensuring proper handling, storage, and security throughout the delivery process.
8. Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, mileage records, and incident reports, accurately and promptly.
9. Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
4. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices for transporting pharmaceutical products is highly desirable.
5. Excellent driving skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to traffic laws.
6. Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately verify and document delivery information.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
9. Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
