Duties:
- Must be available to work 2p-10p and 10p-6a
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and issues
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
