Prep Cook/Evening Time Cook

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products
• Slice, cut, shred, and tenderize meat and vegetables
• Prevent cross-contamination by following all safety standards and guidelines
• Memorize and comprehend all menu items and portion sizes for consistency
• Ensure cooking area remains clean and sanitary at all times
• Inform manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair or replacement
• Fulfill other duties as required

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to bend and reach as necessary throughout shift
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills

Other:

Candidates should know that this is a single cook position and they will be required to make all incoming orders and show excellent team work with the day time cook/kitchen manager to accomplish all daily tasks.

***Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday, 4:30PM - 10PM***

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
