Prep Cook/Evening Time Cook
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products
- Slice, cut, shred, and tenderize meat and vegetables
- Prevent cross-contamination by following all safety standards and guidelines
- Memorize and comprehend all menu items and portion sizes for consistency
- Ensure cooking area remains clean and sanitary at all times
- Inform manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair or replacement
- Fulfill other duties as required
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to bend and reach as necessary throughout shift
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Other:
Candidates should know that this is a single cook position and they will be required to make all incoming orders and show excellent team work with the day time cook/kitchen manager to accomplish all daily tasks.
***Must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday, 4:30PM - 10PM***

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
