Job Description
- Analyze and extract detailed information for all cabinetry, fixtures, and materials from blueprints, building plans, and specifications.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables.
- Communicate with clients to determine the scope of each project.
- Determine the proposed project profitability via comprehensive cost analysis documentation.
- Assist the sales team in closing the deal through consistent follow-up.
- Determine the amount, type, and cost of materials needed for each project.
- Identify areas where information is incomplete; issue detailed requests for information (RFIs)
- Complete and submit, after internal review and approval, the bid document to the client.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, client’s project managers, and site supers.
- Complete field measurement and shop drawing
- Execute value engineering proposals when directed by the client.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for status, delivery, delays, and emergencies.
- Facilitate the transfer of samples to clients as needed.
- Suggests process improvements to eliminate inconsistencies between estimates and actuals.
- Work with the executive team to enhance capabilities across the company.
- Maintain familiarity and knowledge of building codes and AIA division delineation.
- Has strong knowledge of and commitment to increasing understanding of the real estate and construction industries, with a focus on multi-family in the tri-state area, NYC affordable housing, and landlords.
- Skilled at people management, with a dedication to excellence and strong support
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Products Suite, CRM, 20/20 Kitchen Design/Mosaik.
- Proven ability to oversee and manage various activities simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree – Construction-related field
- Valid Driver license
- Knowledge of Office 365 (particularly Excel), 20/20 kitchen design, Mosaik.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction with a focus on multi-family, NYC affordable housing and landlords and interior renovations
