We’re seeking an assistant for the cost Estimator and Accounting department to work full-time at National Sign Corporation. We value the highest level of productivity, communication, and efficiency. This position will be mostly in-office. A bachelor’s degree will be preferred for this position. We are looking for someone who is good at organizing, prioritizing, following through, improving efficiencies, and improving and adhering to NSC procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

· Create Proposal

· Review design prints for completion/readiness for estimation

· Detail material and labor expenses for potential jobs

· Interface with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation

· Provide technical assistance to production and installation personnel

· Research and document design requirements and improve product design

· Read and comprehend blueprints and technical documents

· Procure material estimates from vendors

· Procure estimates from subcontractors for outsourcing manufacturing and installation as necessary

· Help to ensure that jobs are profitable

· Process AP invoices with PO, Job costing and overhead exp items.

· AP payment process.

· Assist on AP automation implementation.

· AR collection follow up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
