Essential Responsibilities
- Client Service and Experience
- Actively performs Esthetics services on clients in accordance with our established protocols and high level of service quality, including prescribing home care products
- Proactively recommends treatment plan that addresses short and long term client goals, including product and services from both esthetic and medical providers
- Maintains accurate documentation of client records
- Maintains clean and hygienic work area in accordance with the guidelines of the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology
- Maintains product, equipment and devices in good working order and treatment rooms are clean, organized and photo ready at all times
- Partners with Nurse & Concierge teams to identify opportunities for enhanced experiences, ensure hand offs, client adds are executed with excellence
- Grows the Business
- Achieves monthly service and retail revenue targets
- Achieves KPIs for utilization, client retention, rebooking and referrals
- Active on social media including Instagram and TikTok, promoting esthetic services and skin health education
- Regularly creating skin related content to represent Clinic expertise in partnership with Kate Somerville education & social teams
- Support additional corporate projects as needed
- Adheres to company established practices, policies and code of conduct at all times
Skills, Experience and Education Required
- Licensed Esthetician + High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years working as an Esthetician with consistent, loyal clients and performance results
- Excellent time management and problem-solving, planning and follow through skills
- Polished and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all clients, colleagues and levels of an organization
- Actively creates content for social media including TikTok & Instagram
- MUST be available to work weekends
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform consistent esthetic treatments per 8-hour shift., including but not limited to facials, back/body/hand facials and treatments, peels and tool/device/machine based esthetic services
- Must be able to stand up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to twist, bend, push, pull, and reach frequently during shift
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
