Salary: $50,000 – 65,000 DOE
Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of professional US law firm experience in tax, Estate Planning, and trust administration
Demonstrated proficiency in all areas of estate, guardianship, and trust administration, including filing tax returns
Responsible for scheduling and calendar management for multiple Estate Planning attorneys
Deadline management and ability to manage workflow with competing and shifting priorities
You have 2+ years of experience managing trust administration matters in a high-volume US law firm environment
You have been responsible for proofreading, formatting, and drafting Estate Planning documents for attorney review, including wills, power of attorneys, healthcare directives, living wills, and deeds
Correspond professionally with clients, banks, brokerage firms, and appraisers to obtain information concerning the decedent's assets
Experience with assisting attorney’s with client accounting and inventory
Assist with transfer of estate assets, land sales, name changes, and adoption proceedings
Tech-savvy with proficiency in e-filing, Microsoft Office, and Estate Planning Software
You’re a team player and proactively search for ways to assist with additional administrative and general housekeeping responsibilities
A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
