LEAP Academy University Charter School is seeking an ESL Early College, Special Ed. that will embrace and drive the LEAP mission and goals for its students.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the classroom teacher with the implementation of the curriculum;
- Assist student during transitions (lunch and recess);
- Assist teacher with recordkeeping and data (attendance, homework, etc);
- Assists teacher with classroom management/monitoring
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the Classroom teacher and/or Principal
Education & Qualifications
- Associates (Bachelors preferred) degree preferred; minimum of one (1) year elementary classroom experience;
- New Jersey Substitute Teacher's Certificate
- Experience and comfort working directly in an urban classroom setting;
