We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team. As an Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions and ensuring that all parties involved are in compliance with legal and financial requirements. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Duties```
- Manage the entire escrow process from start to finish, including opening escrow, reviewing contracts, and preparing closing documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction
- Review title searches and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Calculate and prepare accurate settlement statements
- Disburse funds to appropriate parties upon completion of the transaction
- Maintain accurate records and files for each transaction
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of loan processing, underwriting, and escrow procedures
- Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing
- Familiarity with loan origination software and FNMA guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the job
- Experience in credit analysis is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
