Escrow Officer

CLOSED Title, www.closedtitle.com a rapidly growing, national title company with 20+ offices, is looking for an Escrow Officer to join our team supporting our new West Jordan, UT office. This is a position for a candidate with closing experience of at least 2+ years.

Ideal candidate will be able to work locally in West Jordan, UT, to support our soon to be opened office.

Ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is dependable, detail oriented and self-motivated.

Skills required:

• Review title commitments
• Satisfy title requirements
• Balance CDs and coordinate with lenders
• Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
• Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
• Review signed closing packages for accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Title processing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Utah Notary (Required)
