SalaryWe are an established real estate closing and law firm seeking to hire a full time closing processor/Escrow Officer immediately. We work with real estate agents, developers, mortgage brokers, lenders, buyers and sellers on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Job duties include:
- The preparation of all documents
- The processing of closing and escrow documents
- Conveyance of title
- Recording of documents
- Clearing of title requirements
- Issuance of title insurance
- Bank reconciliation
- Other tasks as needed by attorney
Experience in the title, legal, real estate, banking or mortgage industry is preferred. Very competitive compensation and benefits.
Historically, bank tellers do very well in this position as it spans multiple cross functional skills. If you have bank telling experience, please let us know!

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
