ERP Data Entry Associate Job Description

Job Summary

The Data Entry Associate will collaborate with all the departments to ensure the procurement requests are entered into the ERP System timely and accurately. He/She will need to create material codes and input the information of each item. Other tasks include verifying item specs with the requestors, searching competitive prices from different vendors, tracking the status of the orders, maintenance of the ERP database, as well as other tasks assigned. This position reports directly to the Procurement Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Create materials codes in ERP system, category them into the correct warehouse.

· Maintain ERP system data.

· Collect the procurement request forms from different departments, and input into ERP system.

· Track the order status, notify the warehouse associate and the procurement requester when the order is delivered.

· Assist the warehouse associate to manage the real-time inventory, submit supplementary procurement request when needed.

· Assist searching competitive prices from different vendor,

· Pick up orders from local suppliers, mail samples to our customers.

· Assist Procurement Manager on other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

· High School degree, college is a plus

· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Database entry or management experience

· Knowledge of manufacturing companies

· Attention to detail

· Team worker, good communication skills

· Quick learner

· Familiar with ERP system, OA system is a plus

· Mandarin/English Bilingual recomended but not required

Have a valid driver license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
