The ERP Application Developer Senior is responsible for the various aspects of SRP ERP applications (SAP ECC, EC Payroll, WFS, Fieldglass and other cloud application) working with customers and peers. The position requires interfacing with the client for enhancements, issue resolution to build efficient programs and systems.
- Participates in the software development life cycle. Works as part of project team collaboratively working with other teams to plan, coordinate and execute task assignments.
- Recommends technical solutions with a deep understanding of distributed technologies that are a part of the ERP applications family.
- Provides guidance to other individuals. Guides the team towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Willing to learn and support newer technologies as the application/technology landscape evolves.
- Partners with infrastructure and architectural teams to ensure the application meets company service level standards and roadmap requirements.
- Troubleshoot and complete the necessary analysis to resolve production support issues.
4 or more years of middleware software systems
- SAP PO/CPI development preferred
- API Development
- Java, Java script, groovy script, SAP UI5, XML, Java, ABAP, and XSLT mapping of data in various formats
- Network protocols Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, FTPs, AS2, REST API, SOAP
- Good understanding of different Cloud offerings like PAAS, IAAS and SAAS
- Technical expertise with reporting, RFC's, BAPI's in SAP ECC
- Experience integrating multiple Cloud systems
Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona. We are taking steps to protect the health and well-being of all team members, and by following a number of health and safety protocols, to reduce the risk of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
