Summary:
The ERP Administrator will be a part of supporting, documenting, and maintaining the ERP system and supporting applications. As part of the Corporate Information Technology team, this position will focus on ensuring data integrity and system functionality, working closely with the ERP Services Manager. A customer service oriented individual, the ERP Administrator will leverage his/her experience to solve basic problems, create and present end-user training, and create reports to better utilize system data.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with the ERP Services Manager to understand business requirements.
- Assign and remove access accordingly to the ERP and supporting systems.
- Provide training and support to team members on utilizing NetSuite.
- Optimize and configure dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
- Assist with testing to prepare for upcoming NetSuite & OpenAir releases.
- Maintain access level controls to ensure data is only accessible to appropriate personnel.
Skills and Requirements:
- Working experience with database management is beneficial.
- Experience with creating, editing, and manipulating data into a summarized presentation.
- 1+ years using NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Conducts work assignments as directed.
- A high level of integrity and discretion is needed.
