We are seeking highly accomplished and driven Equity Partners to join and enhance our firm’s presence in key practice areas such as Corporate, M&A, Finance, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Tax, Health Care, Environmental Law, and more. These opportunities are available throughout our national offices. Candidates should possess a substantial portable book of business, exceeding $1 million, with a strong preference for those with $2 million or higher. This pivotal role offers the chance to join a world-class team of legal professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your expertise will contribute to our collective success and the advancement of our clients’ objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand your practice area by leveraging your expertise and business acumen to deliver exceptional legal services.

Mentor and support the professional development of associates and junior partners, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and inclusivity.
Actively participate in firm leadership, contributing to strategic decisions that shape the firm’s future and operational excellence.
Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with all legal and firm policy requirements.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, with full licensure in at least one US jurisdiction.
At least 10 years of experience in a specific practice area, with a robust track record of leadership and client service at a reputable law firm.
A portable book of business exceeding $1 million, preferably $2 million or higher, evidencing strong client relationships and market presence.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across practice areas and offices, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Exceptional legal, analytical, and negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Proven commitment to the mentorship and development of junior legal talent and to the advancement of diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
