Salary: From $23.25 per hour, plus $2.00 Shift differential applies.
Shift: Monday -Thursday 7pm to 530am. Possible overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Attendance bonuses & discounts on products!
Job Summary
The Set Up Technician Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes by executing product, size, and machine tooling changes. This position requires a strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs while focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Coordinator troubleshoots equipment issues, conducts adjustments, and supports team members in the efficient execution of departmental processes. Additionally, they are responsible for allocating and managing resources, maintaining communication between shifts and team members, implementing process efficiencies and improvements, and collaborating with supervisors and maintenance for equipment enhancements. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work across multiple shifts while adhering to safety protocols and wearing prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE). The Set Up Technician Coordinator is integral to maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and quality within the manufacturing environment.
Education and Experience Profile
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Required Skills
- Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without assistance, and be available to work across multiple shifts.
- Must wear all prescribed PPE including, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety glasses, respirator and steel toed shoes.
