Equipment Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Operate commercial vehicles, including bulldozers, roll-off trucks, water trucks, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, and backhoes

- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment to complete assigned tasks

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

- Adhere to project specifications and requirements

- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities

Experience:

- Proven experience operating a variety of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, roll-off trucks, water trucks, loaders, cranes, dump trucks, and backhoes

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.66 - $30.00 per hour
