Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Transportation to and from job site, with vehicle able to carry fuel transfer tank and air compressor for daily maintenance on machines.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines.

Skills:
- Proficient in operating tractors, Shredders, Excavators, loaders, bulldozers, Skid Steers, and backhoes.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

- Would be required to travel to and from jobsite, truck or similar vehicle is recommended.
- Self starter attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Dozer: 5 years (Required)

• CDL A (Preferred)
