EMS Management, an Industrial Services Company, is searching for a passionate and safety-driven individual to work alongside our Equipment Maintenance lead. In this role you will performing routine and preventative repairs as well as miscellaneous duties supporting the sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance on equipment such as air compressors, boilers, diesel engines, pressure washers, diaphragm pumps.
• Inspect, lubricate, and fine-tune equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, pinpointing the root cause of issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Analyze equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Identify recurring problems and devise preventive maintenance plans.
• Conduct regular safety inspections on equipment and promptly report safety concerns.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Train other team members in troubleshooting and proper use of equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Operate mobile equipment.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Proficient in using computer software and documentation tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver moderately heavy objects.
• Light Electrical Experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Travel might be required based on business needs.

Experience

• High school diploma
• 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician.
• Exposure to various skilled trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.)

Work Environment

• Frequent bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
