Requisition ID: 170104Job Level: Entry LevelHome District/Group: Kiewit Equipment ServicesDepartment: Business ManagementMarket: Corporate Home OfficeEmployment Type: Full TimeDistrict OverviewKiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.LocationThis position is based at out of Seattle, WA.Responsibilities Gather all daily visuals and track for accuracy Ensure all repairs are scheduled as needed Obtain signatures needed after repairs Scan signatures and documentation to portal Verify driving files of any individuals filing License all incoming vehicles Track expiration dates Track owning district Monitor driver changes Schedule routine maintenance on F150's and sedans.Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge and experience in SharePoint is a plus High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Working Conditions Fast-paced office environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move up objects up to 30 pounds.
