What We Are Looking For

The HCN Cadence Application Principal Trainer will apply their knowledge and skill of the Epic Cadence application and HCN specific build and workflows to design, create and execute learning events to fill knowledge gaps of functionality and recommended practices within the application for the audience.

The learning events can take on a variety of modalities including but not limited to virtual classroom training, in person classroom training, Q and A sessions, self-paced videos, and tip sheets. The Principal Trainer will also be responsible for the maintenance of the collection of all tip sheets, classroom materials, and educational materials relating to the Patient Access and any other 3rd part applications utilized by the end users.

• Listen actively and strong administrative documentation on conversations/meetings

Skills and Abilities for Sucess

Required

• Bachelor's degree and two years relevant experience (preferably in healthcare, IT, or education) as a trainer or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Patient Access Certification
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written/oral communication, organizational, and computer skills required
• Demonstrated ability to document workflows and translate that into end user training

Preferred

• Prior experience with, or exposure to EPIC’s Patient Access applications and/or integrated 3rd parties
• Prior experience with, or exposure to Patient Access applications
• Prior work experience in Patient Access applications
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of continuous performance improvement processes
