Duties
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of Epic software
- Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues related to Epic software
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that all training materials are up to date with the latest software updates and enhancements
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from trainees
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Epic Trainer or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Epic software, including modules such as Cadence, Prelude, and Resolute
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical office workflows
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to develop comprehensive training materials
- Ability to adapt training methods and materials based on the needs of different learners
- Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements based on feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
