ClinDCast is looking for Epic Ambulatory and Cadence Manager
Experience in demonstrating a deep understanding of Epic's Ambulatory and Cadence modules, including proficiency in configuration, workflows, and best practices. Stay current with Epic software updates and industry trends related to ambulatory care and scheduling.
Must be certified and lead and manage a team of Epic analysts and specialists focused on Ambulatory and Cadence, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Able to 0versee the planning, implementation, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory and Cadence modules across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Epic modules and workflows.
Able to serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and IT departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of Epic-related initiatives with organizational goals. Gather and prioritize user feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience in establishing and enforcing quality assurance processes and compliance standards for Ambulatory and Cadence modules. Ensure that configurations and workflows adhere to industry regulations and best practices, conducting regular audits and assessments.
