Environmental Health/Safety Technician Duties:
1. EHS will work in strengthening processes for things like pollution and cleaning up existing hazards.
2. Responsible for obtaining, analyzing, updating, and maintaining operating in OSHA compliance and be an active contributor of any system that the company needs with procedures and projects that help the environment.
3. Work with municipalities groups to improve standard procedures at a local and federal government level
4. Advise all departments on OSHA standards and any other system that require environmental proofs or documentation
5. Legal complaints on Environmental and Safety city state, and federal requirements
6. Train employees’ corporate programs and maintain the training record
7. Follow up on corrective and preventative actions with regards to internal and external audits
8. Responsible for the collection, storage and management of shipments and hazardous waste
Environmental Health/Safety Technician Shift Info:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Monday – Friday

Environmental Health/Safety Technician (Requirements):
1. SPC/SQC and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) experience
2. Knowledge of OSHA local and Federal guidelines/compliance
3. Proficient computer skills including MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. Must possess planning/organization, analytical and strong problem solving skills
5. Task oriented individual able to perform in a fast-paced environment
6. Must be self-directed and able to lead/facilitate diverse work teams
