Job Description
As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist (also known as Safety Manager, EHS Manager), you'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive safety culture within the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating safety compliance, strategically planning to reduce liability related to Workers Compensation, and conducting OSHA required training. You'll also partner with the Human Resources department to manage the Employee Safety Committee and monitor Safety Boards.

- 1-3 years of plant safety experience.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Process Development, Root Cause Analysis, and Budgeting/Forecasting.
