The EHS&E College Intern will be involved in the following:
Responsibilities- Safety Risk Assessments
- Incident investigations
- Chemical inventory- printing chemicals lists by department and working with area managers/supervisors/team leads to validate chemicals.
- LOTO procedure verification- Similar to above, working with departments to validate the equipment procedures are in place and up-to-date.
- Noise Map- Utilize the dosimeter to spot check noise levels and update the noise map as needed.
- RCRA Hazwaste Training and storage area inspections.
- NASP (safety programs) review for outdated references and inconsistent document control
- Waste/Recycling improvement project
This position will pay between $18-$35.50/hour.
Qualifications- Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, Business, Safety Management, or other related degree area.
