Step into Your New Role
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a growing team of 8- 10 environmental professionals. Provide leadership in managing staff performance, recruiting and retention, and mentoring personnel for overall success of practice and team.
- Foster and maintain a positive culture and working environment in both the Environmental Group and throughout the office.
Technical/Project Management
- Direct and prepare soil and groundwater assessments, feasibility studies, Phase I/IIs, remedial action plans, remediation system design/operation, construction, and other supporting technical studies.
- Oversee large programs and multiple projects simultaneously within scope, schedule, budget and ensure quality is achieved on project deliverables.
- As a practice builder/doer seller, identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and take an active leadership role in the development of business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Through a combination of excellence in technical delivery and business development, capitalize on existing client relationships to expand market share in the local market, while serving national/global clients, as necessary.
- Expresses ideas and information in a clear and concise manner.
- Tailors message to fit the interests and needs of the audience.
- Delivers information in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the listener.
- Provides people with clear objectives and allows them to take ownership for their goals.

Experience: 8-9 years of related experience, demonstrating successful development and management of staff and project/program management experience desired. 5 – 6 years project management experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required. 3 – 4 years supervisory/management experience required.
