Responsibilities:
- Assist with land surveying activities under the guidance of senior surveyors
- Operate surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and robotic instruments
- Collect and record field data using various software applications
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports, maps, and drawings
- Perform calculations and analysis related to land surveying projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of surveying activities
Requirements:
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in algebra, trigonometry, and geometry
- Familiarity with land surveying principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of robotic instruments and GPS technology for accurate measurements
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
