Entry Level Sales/Digital Marketing Associate

The Sales/Digital Marketing Associate will collaborate with our Senior Team: Sales & Marketing Director, Sales VP & CEO. This position ensures that all projects within the sales & marketing departments are handled and delivered in a timely manner and are always aligned with the business’s guidelines, quality standards and objectives.

Sales/Digital Marketing AssociateTasks And Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

• Strong task/time management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights on analytical questions in a timely manner.
• eComm, Affiliate, & Amazon channels: responsible for growth, planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Liaise with Director daily regarding all open tasks, projects, deadlines, goals, etc.
• Report on all project performance & statuses weekly (SEO, Direct, Email & Paid Channels), including site functionality and path to purchase for budgeting, forecasting, and goal planning in collaboration with Senior Team.
• Optimize daily campaign spend with Agency based on ROAS goals.
• Help identify social media trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
• Handle Marketing Calendar including optimization across channels, key pushes and launch dates per campaign phase (awareness/branding, consideration, and conversion). Collaborate with Senior Team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Analyze performance of marketing assets.
• Collaborate with Senior Team to maintain Project tracker, improve front-end processes and site optimizations, including timelines, quality metrics, and accountability.
• Branded & Private Label/CoPack Sales project tasks as assigned by Senior team
• Assist in the successful launch of new brands and products

Sales/Digital Marketing AssociateSkills And Competencies

• Solid skills in the deployment of SEM campaigns, basic knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services/Demand-Side Platform and Social media campaigns.
• Creative skills for in-house product design
• Strong proactive communications skills, entrepreneurial approach, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, and ability to collaborate in a matrixed team environment.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data to draw out concrete insights and communicate these to broader audience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with a project management board, IE Monday.com, Hubspot, etc.

Sales/Digital Marketing AssociateRequirements

• 1-3 years experience in sales/marketing positions
• Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Ad words, SEM etc.
• Experience in Google Analytics, SEO
• Proficient in marketing principles
• Experience growing channels, building go-to-market plans for social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
