Entry Level Sales Associate

The Entry Level Sales Associate will be equipped with full training to work directly with customers daily providing superior customer service and ensure the proper expectations to all customers on their auto glass claim.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, the main responsibilities will include working with customers to foster professional relationships. The Entry Level Sales Associate will assist in all areas of the business including driving brand awareness for our clients, thoroughly demonstrating and clarifying the different types of auto glass repair services offered, and working closely with customers to assist in the processes of filing claims to insurance providers. We are looking for our Entry Level Sales Associate to develop their skills to the fullest potential and have no limits on their career growth. Entry Level Sales AssociateResponsibilities:

• Engage with customers and utilize product knowledge to promote auto glass replacement and repair services
• Provide quality customer service to local customers in designated areas to establish longevity in customer loyalty
• Master the auto glass services options provided to answer customer questions and process sales orders
• Ensure all customer information is articulately notated in their accounts when processing a sales order to ensure all personal information is filed correctly to insurance claims for a seamless process
• Train with upper management daily to expand account management knowledge and go beyond the limits to grow internal skills and take on leadership roles
• Keep in contact with customers to confirm any transaction completions, delays, potential customer questions, and new client promotions

Entry Level Sales AssociateQualifications:

• Experience working in a customer service, customer support, customer-facing, or sales environment is highly preferred but not required
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• The ability to start right away is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay
