ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Talent Acquisition utilizing the hundreds of applications we receive each week.
- Screen, call, and interview all applicants that meet the requirements.
- Maintains employee records in accordance with legislative requirements and corporate policies.
- Update job requirements and job descriptions.
- Maintain consistent HR practices and the interpretation of policy and legislation.
- Cultivate a culture that emphasizes responsiveness, innovation, diversity, and excellence.
- Coordinate with the hiring manager regularly to review candidates and to discuss current and future talent requirements, hiring strategies, and applicants status.
- Other job related duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of employment laws and practices.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
- Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:30PM
- Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Pay: $18/Hour + the ability to make bonues and commission
- Paid weekly
