Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Quality System Compliance Auditor for our Woburn, MA location. The effective candidates will support compliance activity at the additional locations below:
- Andover, MA
- Marlborough, MA
- Tewksbury, MA
This position is a Hybrid role.
This position will report to a Raytheon site Compliance Manager and will require travel up to 25% to several Raytheon locations limited to domestic travel only.
Home office can be in one of the following Raytheon locations:
- Andover, MA
- Marlborough, MA
- Tewksbury, MA
- Portsmouth, RI
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Responsible for performing program, organizational, manufacturing area, and/or engineering lab audits to assure compliance to the Quality Management System (QMS), Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), as well as other RTX policies and procedures.
- Participate in auditing process to include planning, preparing, conducting, reporting, and following up of audits, and corrective actions.
- Conduct audits and assessments by interviewing and/or investigation and examination of objective evidence, standards, procedures, work instructions, drawings, specifications, regulations, etc.
- Communicate effectively to compliance audit lead, program, and other audit stakeholders on audit related activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and relevant work experience.
- Working experience with engineering drawings and technical requirements.
- Working experience in auditing and/or in a quality or continuous improvement role.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience, electrical or test engineering experience preferred.
- Experience working with management and resolution of engineering issues.
- Experience developing and analyzing data, using the information to understand current state and predict future performance.
- Demonstrated ability in developing solutions to issues using an organized systemic approach.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
- High energy, self – starter with ability to perform work under general direction.

Additional Information:
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Clearance Information: This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
