- 1-2+ years of professional Manual QA Testing experience (ideally 4-5 years)
- Manual testing focus
- Experience testing a cloud CRM (ideally Salesforce- open to any)
- JIRA / Agile experience
- Hands-on professional experience with documentation writing
- Hands-on professional troubleshooting experience

- Daily standup meeting at 930 MTN Time
- Late shift every third Thursday of the month (with notice)

- The main application being tested is salesforce
- Any CRM experience would allow them to understand testing salesforce

- Perform manual testing CRM applications and test user workflows with Agile methodology
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create and execute functional and regression test scripts
- Identify and categorize internal and external customer product feedback into defects, issues, or enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations
- Work independently with minimum guidance and complete the given project within deadlines
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience as manual testing the CRM application and knowledge of test workflows
- Solid Knowledge in an Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life cycle SDLC and STLC
- Experience working in cloud CRM applications
- Minimum of 2+ years of coding any of these languages Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or C#
- Minimum of 2+ years knowledge of software QA methodologies, automated testing tools, and processes
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in creating automation framework from scratch using Java and Selenium tools and knowledge of CICD integration (Github, Jenkin, Buildbot, CircleCI, Hadoop, Bamboo, and Semaphore).
- Experienced in QA Integration tools/ Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Log4g, Cucumber, Apache, Postman, REST clients, etc
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work well with fast-paced environment, deployment cycles, and tight deadlines.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field
