The Boeing Global Services Seattle Commercial Derivative Airplanes team seeks an Entry Levelor Associate Product Support Engineer. The Engineering team supports all derivative programs in Tukwila, WA (P-8, KC-46 and VC-25B). Position will conduct research and analyses to develop and verify the effectiveness of maintenance data and procedures. Emphasis will be development of maintenance solutions to optimize customer operations as well as new maintenance procedures based on design review and analysis of Product Support data. The Product Support Engineer will be part of a team researching and assessing engineering changes to determine impact on maintenance operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Researches and assesses engineering changes to determine impact on P-8 maintenance publications
Author maintenance and fault isolation procedures into maintenance manuals
Work with supplier data to analyze and integrate it into the support system.
Perform as Subject Matter Expert evaluating Product Revision Record (PRRs) and design related changes for maintenance manuals
Address customer inquiries related to maintenance manuals
Work as technical team member on proposal team. Evaluate requirements, write Basis of Estimates (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic understanding and demonstrated experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent
Experience in aerospace interiors, materials and properties, design criteria and release processes
Experience working in a cross-functional team
Ability to use a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated interest in continuous personal learning and development
Typical Education & Experience:
Entry-Level (Level 1)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Associate (Level 2)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Entry-level: $66,300 - 89,700
Associate: $78,200 - 105,800
