Hilton Head Coffee Roasters is the first specialty coffee roaster in Hilton Head. We are a small team, so we all do a little bit of everything.
- You love coffee and learning about coffee, and enthusiastically share that knowledge with our customers.
- Connection with our customers is the heart of what we do. We don't just provide customer service but we seek out connections, and seek out opportunities to provide suggestions on products as well as information on the area.
- You will be responsible for preparing drinks and managing our espresso bar. This involves preparing drinks, ringing transactions, handling pastries, and being able to describe drinks to customers and make suggestions.
- Providing exceptional hospitality, through sampling and educating on our coffees, listening to our customers, and checking in on how they like their drinks.
- Responsible for day to day tasks like brewing coffee, cleaning, keeping the area organized, as well as opening & closing tasks.
- Assisting with coffee production: bagging coffee, grinding coffee, washing buckets, labeling, and maintaining cleanliness and production standards.
- We are a solutions focused, fun team, and we are all responsible for keeping the environment fun, encouraging, and supportive.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
