Entry Level Office Assistant/ Scheduler

We are looking for an office assistant/ front desk person to join our private PPO practice. Duties include, doing call logs to keep schedule full, patient scheduling, greeting patients, answering calls, insurance verification, billing support, scheduling appointments, maintain office cleanliness/ clean and turn over ops as needed, help with sterilization as needed and other assigned tasks.

Must be dependable, take pride in their work and have reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• Experience in dental office preferred. Willing to train.
• Must be able to handle multiple phone lines, collect balances, schedule patients, handle phones calls.
• Must be friendly, enjoy work and patient interaction.
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
• Ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills while talking to patients.
• Will be expected to help around office as needed ( clean/ set up rooms, sterilization)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
