The Boeing Company is looking for an Entry LevelMission Systems Performance Analysis Engineerto join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Boeing Defense, Space, & Security (BDS) located in Oklahoma City, is seeking Math, Physics or engineering majors to perform analysis on our sensor fusion engine. Sensor fusion is what enables us to get multiple sensor inputs on one target yet only provide one icon to the warfighter. This involves writing code, doing data analysis, algorithm development, and modeling. This involves a significant time in the lab working with the data. The analysis team works with the modeling team and software development team to increase the quality of our products.
Boeing OKC is experiencing unprecedented growth across all of its supported platforms due to the award of multiple new contracts. Boeing OKC supports the following platforms; Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) for US, Saudi and NATO, Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEWC) for Australia, Turkey, United Kingdom and Korea, B-1 Strike Bomber, B-2 Stealth Bomber, B-52 Heavy Bomber, and the ALCM weapon. These platforms continue to be updated to keep them relevant and supportive of emerging military systems. Upgrades include state-of-the-art radar systems, hypersonic weapons systems, and cutting-edge digital communication infrastructure.
Candidates selected for this position may work in the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) and Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) Group supporting various US and international airborne command and control platforms.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists in developing and documenting requirements for Performance Analysis
• Conducts tests and runs simulations to validate performance of designs to requirements.
• Collects data on performance to ensure compliance to requirements.
• Works with a mentor and Technical Lead Engineer to help get the job done right.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Passion for data analysis and reporting
• Experience using MATLAB for data analysis and plotting
• Experience with: sensors, sensor management and fusion, datalinks, and/or weapons and their interactions

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation
is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary Pay Range: $62,050 - $83,950
