Needs technician to help support the prepping methods they use. "not rocket science", no in depth analysis or quality control. Need someone who can follow food protocols and safety (like HAACP), knows how to weigh things.

Ideally would like someone who has some sort of science background (degree or associates). Need someone who has a team player attitude, able to communicate effectively with a variety of people. Attention to detail. Food handling experience from restaurant or grocery would be a plus.
