WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As an Entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you spend your day out in the field with our experienced technicians/installers. As you work together, they show you how to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment. Additionally, they teach you how to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

You learn this skilled trade by observing, practicing, and asking questions. You're eager to help however necessary and humble when you make mistakes. Every day provides an opportunity to learn something new and you always look forward to growing and improving.

• 0-3 years of experience of HVAC Installation experience
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
• Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record

EPA Certification is preferred, but not required. We'll train the right person!
