Entry Level Human Resources Associate ($22/hr)

What to Know:
- Compensation of up to $22/hr
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the office
- OT is provided after 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Addressing inquiries from new hires regarding paperwork procedures
- Coordinating I-9/CORI verifications at the company's office and scheduling appointments with candidates
- Sending calendar invitations to candidates, detailing required IDs for on-site visits
- Traveling to clients for on-site I-9/CORI verifications as necessary
- Facilitating the timely completion of onboarding documentation on the Xenqu platform through continuous communication and establishing deadlines for candidates
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in an office setting
- Prior experience in data entry
- Excellent organizational and great communication skills
- Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to commute to Boston, MA
